Pre Treatment
To ensure the best possible outcome and minimise discomfort during your laser tattoo removal session, please follow these important guidelines:

Avoid Sun Exposure: Keep the treatment area out of direct sunlight for at least two weeks prior to your appointment, especially in the week leading up to it. If sun exposure is unavoidable, apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher. Sun-affected skin can become more sensitive, increasing pain during treatment and raising the risk of hypopigmentation.

Do Not Shave, Wax, or Use Chemical Creams: Avoid shaving, waxing, or applying any chemical-based products to the tattooed area before treatment, as this can irritate the skin and impact healing.

Stop Smoking (if applicable): We recommend stopping smoking at least four weeks before your treatment. Smoking reduces oxygen levels in the blood, which can slow the fading and healing process, and increase discomfort.
Post Treatment
To support healing and minimise discomfort after your session, please follow these guidelines:
Avoid irritation: Wear loose clothing and keep the area out of direct sunlight for at least two weeks.
Cool the area: Use a gel ice pack wrapped in a cloth for several hours—never apply ice directly to the skin.
Limit activity: Avoid strenuous exercise, hot showers, saunas, spas, and swimming for 48–72 hours.
Elevate if possible: Keep the treated area elevated to reduce swelling.
Hydrate and rest: Drink plenty of water and give your body time to recover.

Mild side effects are a normal part of the healing process. These may include redness, tenderness, and swelling, which typically subside within 24 to 48 hours. In some cases, blisters may form within the first day—this is a normal response and part of the skin's natural healing. Scabbing, bruising, or prolonged blistering may also occur and can take up to a week or more to fully heal.

Our Laser Tattoo Removal starts at as little as $50 but the price will depend entirely on your tattoo. Smaller tattoos are easier to remove, while larger and more colourful tattoos may take a bit more time and energy. Either way, our staff will work out a price for you during your free initial consultation based on your individual tattoo.
We also offer patients a 10% discount if 6 or more treatments are paid in advance. There are often other discounts being offered so keep an eye out on social media to be the first to hear about our exciting specials.
